With the rapid development of economy,science and technology since the 21 st century,the competition for core interests between countries has become increasingly fierce.How to train more high quality talents to make our country stronger in the international competition is an urgent problem to be solved.This requires learners not only to learn knowledge well,but also to have problem solving ability,decision-making ability,critical thinking ability,creativity and other higher-order thinking ability.This puts forward higher requirements for the education of all stages in China,especially higher education.The development of learners' higher-order thinking ability can improve their own quality and meet the demand for high-quality talents in China.Through research,this paper finds that teaching scaffolds have advantages in stimulating learners' interest,providing feedback,indicating tasks,raising questions,etc.,which can affect learners' higher-order thinking ability.This thesis uses literature research,questionnaire,action research and quasi-experimental design.In this paper,combined with the flipped classroom model,a variety of teaching supports are designed based on the higher-order thinking ability dimension.For example,one-to-one scaffolds based on problem solving ability and creativity dimension,peer scaffolds based on critical thinking ability dimension,embedded scaffolds based on decision-making and creativity dimension,general scaffolds based on problem solving ability and decision-making dimension,etc.On this basis,the teaching framework was integrated with the determined flipped classroom model,and the pre-class design,activity learning and classroom activity design were reconstructed.In order to test whether teaching scaffolds in flipped classroom mode can promote learners' higher-order thinking ability,this thesis conducted a practical research.After four rounds of practice project implementation,this thesis found the deficiencies.This thesis aims to improve the deficiencies,adjust the proportion of different teaching supports,and implement the second-round comprehensive practice project.According to the results of the questionnaire survey before and after,this thesis determines that the teaching scaffold designed in the flipped classroom mode can improve the learning interest of learners and promote the development of higher-order thinking ability of learners.Therefore,this study can solve the practical problems existing in the teaching of practical operation courses in universities.Its theoretical and practical significance is very important.
