Investigation On Professional Loyalty Of Physical Education Teachers In Nanjing Junior High School

The primary school physical education teachers are one of the most important teams to complete the basic education task.However,because of the characteristics of history and physical education,the study of their professional characteristics and teachers' loyalty is only a few stars.This paper is based on the professional loyalty of the sports teachers in Nanjing junior high school as the research object.First,we have completed the measurement of the professional loyalty of the middle school PE teachers.Based on the scale,using the analysis method of frequency analysis,single factor variance analysis and T test,this paper tries to reflect the concentration trend or average level of all the values of the vocational loyalty variables of Nanjing junior high school teachers,and makes a comparison and analysis that the professional loyalty of the physical education teachers in Nanjing junior high school is in the low area.Or higher regional conclusions,and at the same time show the correlation of professional loyalty of Nanjing junior high school physical education teachers with teachers' age,sex,marriage,education,title and other indicators,and in the positive or negative conclusions,to improve the professional loyalty of physical education teachers in Nanjing junior high schools to provide reference suggestions.
