With the development of the education, the government pay much more attention to the special need education. Respect the personality development of the students, deficiency compensation, development of all kinds ofpotentiality, overcome the difficulty because of the physical disability,and then make the students fit the modern life becomes the training objective. It’s necessary to master the math knowledge, but it has the abstract characteristics, so it’s necessary for the students to overcome shortcoming and study it well.First, This essay introduced the related ideas of intuitive methods of teaching, psychology, epistemology, logistics and visual compensation principle and then establish the meaning of principal theory of intuitivemethods of teaching.This essay reviewed the whole research process of intuitive methods of teaching in schools for the blind, and analyzed the current situation in the classroom of mathematics applying the method of questionnaire. After the underlying problems was discussed, the essay articulated that we need to attach more importance to intuitive methods of teaching.This essay introduced the related ideas of intuitive methods of teaching as well as their basic teaching methods, and then presented the principal theory of intuitive methods of teaching in schools for the blind. Awide range of examples will be illustrated in this essay, to discuss thefeasibility of the implementation of intuitive methods of teaching in mathematics teaching. After data analysis, the essay proposed that teachersneed to adopt different teaching method to cater for the two groups of low vision and blind, and all the teaching practitioner need to follow those special need pupils’learning styles and their learning habits, in theprocess of applying information technology in teaching.This essay also d emonstrated that intuitive methods of teaching can encourage the studentsto think symbolically, by collecting and analyzing data.So after more than one year’s research, we can come to a conclusion that intuitive methods of teaching can improve the academic performance ofthe blind student and also can promote the improvement of abstract thought, it’s a affective teaching method.
