Cooperative learning is a teaching activity, which is using the cooperativelearning group as basic format, using interactive of the dynamic factor inteaching scientifically, encouraging the student to study, using the group gradeas the evaluation criteria, and achieving the teaching target together. The mainobjective of this research is through the cooperative learning classroom to dosome specific researches, to improve classroom teaching in real practice, topromote the improvement of the quality of teaching and the teachers’professional development, and in order to explore the primary languageclassroom teachers how to implement the cooperative learning effectively,how to use the cooperative learning method to promote the development ofteachers and students. Meanwhile, the research wishes to explore the using ofcooperative learning in primary school language teaching classroom, in orderto have a better understanding of how to improve the effectiveness of primaryschool language teaching so that students can get a fully development in theclassroom. The content of this research is the effective implementation ofprimary school language teaching in cooperative learning. The main methodof this study is questionnaire. This research designs the correspondingquestionnaire for teachers and students to conduct a survey, and the result hassome representation. The results showed: implement the cooperative learninggroups effectively during the primary language teaching; the method of thecooperative learning can help create a harmonious atmosphere in classroom,and promote the comprehensive development of the students; teaching abilityof the teachers and the cooperation ability of the student will affect the resultof group cooperation studying directly; effective implementation in theclassroom group cooperative learning needs the teachers to do further explorefully in teaching practice to study. The expecting result of this study is: toformat a "cooperative learning, comprehensive development" primarylanguage classroom teaching.
