The Current Status Analysis And Countermeasures Research On The Ideological And Political Education For Graduate Students Of Agricultural University

The ideological and political education is the soul of quality education, and it plays anirreplaceable role on the process of shaping people. Recently, due to the increasing pressure oftalent competition, the employers show high demands on graduates’ practical ability, so theyfocus on their professional study coping with the brutal employment situation, therefore theideological and political education is ignored, even weakened and neglected by them.This paper focuses on the current status of the ideological and political education forgraduate students of Agriculture University. By analyzing the main ideological features of thesestudents, we know that Chinese characteristics Socialism and core socialist values as well as“three dimensional rural issues” have been widely accepted and highly approved. meanwhile, itelaborates the moral problems existed in their morality, such as: the diversification ofideological value, the vague criteria of moral evaluation, the weakening of political awareness,the dilution of national responsibility and historic mission, as well as the demand of improvingpsychological counseling capabilities. To solve these problems, the author analyzes the currentsituations, which are relatively biased educational concept, incomplete educational content,indeterminate responsibility of the main body, and it also presents the main influential factors.Influenced by campus, social environment and personal reasons, the problems of the ideologicaland political education for agricultural graduate students are very seriousTherefore, agricultural universities should be engaged with the target, content, channels,and team of graduate students’ ideological and political education by giving a good play of “thefirst class”, developing “the second class” with important auxiliary effect on mental healtheducation, establishing a sound security mechanism for the ideological and political education,so as to achieve comprehensive and effective implementation of the ideological and politicaleducation for graduate students.
