We are facing a society where competition becomes fiercer and knowledgerenews fast, only if colleges and universities keep on learning, innovating, andpromoting the abilities of learning, competition and innovation, they can maintaintheir own competitive advantage and are filled with life vigor. Because their onlylasting competitive advantage is that they have the ability to learn more quickly thantheir competitors, learning ability is the most essential ability to compete for futureorganizations. The construction of learning organization is Satisfy the requirements ofthe Knowledge-based economy and educational practice.The study is based on the Theory of learning organization and take typicalcolleges for example, using methods of field surveys and individual interviews,Investigating the situation of the construction in local colleges, analyzing positiveeffects, main problems and obstacles. describe and analyze by the previous section,the paper submits the construction principles, process models and safeguard strategyon the construction of learning organization, there are three ways to support theconstruction such as building evaluation system, promoting the team of teachers,strengthening the construction of the campus network and so on.To promotingconstruction of learning organization in colleges and universities.
