A Study On The Universities' Learning Organizational Construction

"Learning organization theory"is on the rise of a new type of management theory in 1990's. Now it has aroused strong repercussions and has been put into practice as a new concept and major trends in the management sector, which has a profound impact on today's government and various educational organizations. The article is to carry out a preliminary exploration of the building about Learning-oriented issues on the organizational structure of colleges and universities. Researching these questions on the of management in colleges and universities, analysing the barriers and power of the learning college organizations and the construction, demonstrating through examples, the article points out the possibility and necessity of the school to build a learning organization. The article try to create the management model of the learning organization, and promote the development of the individual and the school teachers and students,in order to achieve the virtuous development of higher education.
