Research On The Application Of3D Virtual Tourism Laboratory Construction Project Management At The A School

This paper first introduces the status quo of professional education of TourismManagement in China, the status of laboratory construction management of HigherVocational College of tourism and the existing problems, and points out that the3Dvirtual tourism Laboratory for teaching environment in tourism management specialtypractice of higher vocational education improvement, improve the level of teaching,teaching facilities and the significance of resources sharing.According to the characteristics of3D construction of Virtual Tourism laboratory,according to the actual situation of teaching facilities construction in HigherVocational Colleges at present and the competitive environment will face, by usingthe related theory on project management, further analyzes the necessity andfeasibility of the project the construction of the laboratory, laboratory constructionreorganization and optimization of existing resources of project management, so as toimprove the training environment, optimizing teaching process, enhance the practiceeffect, improve the occupation skill and quality of students.In this paper, using the research method of implementation of projectmanagement analysis of the virtual tourism laboratory A school3D constructionmethod of literature research and case study. Break through the purchase risk, cost,the number and the time limit, deepen the research of tourism management oflaboratory construction project management; application of cost management theory,effectively guide the laboratory plan implementation and cost control; effect ofcontrol of time limit for a project, to provide effective guidance for the constructionand management of laboratory; the organizational management and ISO9000system,the new pattern of innovation laboratory construction project quality management; atthe same time, hope to provide effective guidance for the construction andmanagement of laboratory in higher vocational colleges, the result can further enrichand perfect the laboratory construction project management theory.
