Research On Project Construction Management Of Xinjiang XJZ School Tourism Laboratory

This paper first introduces the current situation of the tourism industry in Xinjiang and the status quo of tourism management education in Xinjiang higher vocational education,and the current situation and existing problems of the construction of laboratories in Xinjiang higher vocational colleges.It is pointed out that the new tourism laboratory teaching environment can further improve the teaching level and cultivate the highly skilled talents of tourism in Xinjiang in the practice of tourism management in higher vocational education so as to improve the quality of employment of graduates(especially minority graduates)Employment rate,to promote social harmony,the ultimate meaning of stability.According to the actual situation of the construction of teaching facilities in Xinjiang higher vocational colleges,according to the relevant project management theory,the necessity and feasibility of the construction of laboratory construction projects are analyzed and reorganized and optimized according to the characteristics of tourism management project construction laboratory The original laboratory resources project management,improve students learning and training environment,optimize the teaching process,improve the practical results,improve the students' professional skills and quality.This paper uses literature research method and case study method to analyze the project management of JXZ school economic tourism management department tourism laboratory construction.Procurement risk and cost breakthrough,time limit,deepen the tourism management laboratory construction project management research;use cost management theory,effectively guide the implementation of the laboratory plan and cost control;project management effect,for the laboratory construction and management to provide strong guidance At the same time,we hope to provide strong guidance for the construction and management of the laboratory of vocational and technical colleges in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,and the results can further enrich and perfect the laboratory construction project management theory.
