The third phase of the construction project of the financial laboratory of A University is an important part of the project of docking industry chain of A University professional group.Whether it can be successfully constructed and completed on schedule plays a very important role in the whole project.In the first two phases of the construction of A University's financial laboratory,due to extensive management,problems such as unclear responsibilities,unclear tasks,confused processes and arbitrary change of plans have arisen in the construction process,resulting in delays in the actual construction period and increased project costs.Therefore,in the next phase of the third laboratory construction process,in order to ensure that the financial laboratory construction project to achieve the desired objectives,it is necessary to implement a reasonable plan and control of the entire project.Firstly,this paper introduces the general situation of the financial laboratory project of A University,and through the analysis of the problems and reasons in the construction management of the first two phases,puts forward the necessity of project schedule management.Secondly,starting from the actual situation of the third phase of the financial laboratory construction project,using the theory and method of project progress control and tools,WBS work structure of the project is decomposed,Gantt chart and network chart of the project are drawn by Project software,and the critical path method is used to analyze the progress plan of the project,and the main countermeasures of how to optimize the progress plan are put forward.Thirdly,in the actual construction process of the project,collect the actual progress data of the project,analyze the deviation,find out the reasons,and put forward improvement measures,finally ensure the completion of the third phase of the construction of the financial laboratory of A University.The research shows that,compared with the previous two phases of project management,better results can be achieved by using the principle of project progress,compiling a reasonable schedule,monitoring the actual process of the project,and doing a good job of correcting deviations and safeguards.Finally,through this study,we hope to explore the application of progress management in university laboratory construction,and provide reference and guidance for similar laboratory construction projects in the future.
