With the widely applying and thorough development of information technologyin subject teaching,education must be reformed to adapt to the requirements ofinformation ages, knowledge economy and learning oriented society. Reforms onnew courses requires not only updating teaching ideas but also renewing teachingmaterials, teaching methods and so on, which needs teachers to perfect their teachingmethods and teaching strategies as well as reinforce the relation between teachingmaterials and students’ daily life, besides this, the relation between modern societyand the development of technology should be reinforced. Concept figure, as a toolshowing knowledge, can make a series of boring information into multi-levels,multi-aegis, hypermedia, moving oriented and Internet oriented concept figures,which directly shows the relation between knowledge points and reinforces therelation between old and novel knowledge. Concept figure has become a hot topic ineducation.The participants in this research are from middle school. Documents analysismethod, teaching experiment method, questionnaire investment method andstatistical analysis method are used here to study the applying of concept figure inmiddle school history classes. First, overviewing the study background of conceptfigure, related concepts and theories, and mainly analyzing the feasibility of applyingconcept figure to middle school history teaching, which establishes the basis of thisstudy; Second, showing students with new teaching materials by making use ofInspiration to design concept figures.Third, making use of SPSS to compare theresults of pre-test and post-test of experiment class and control class. And analyzinghow concept figure influences students’ scores and habits in assisting teaching bystatistical analysis on applying functions of concept figure to teaching.The research results show that,Applying concept figure to middle schoolhistory teaching helps improve students’ learning methods, motivate students’activity and interest on learning history.Applying concept figure to middle school history teaching helps enhance students’ learning competence and their initiative andspontaneity during learning process.Applying concept figure to middle schoolhistory teaching helps increase students’ scores of history and teaching teachingquality.Applying concept figure to middle school history teaching helps elevateteachers’ teaching ability to evaluate teaching results.Also this paper, the experimental problems in the teaching process, proposed toset appropriate targets to attract students ’attention, set the theme to guide students toactively participate in the discussion, reasonable conceptual diagram of teachingaccording to the teaching content, changing teachers’ ideas to enhance the ability ofeducational technology related strategies.With the development of computer network technology,for the teaching ofelementary education need to develop discipline in-depth study and practice.
