The teaching spot in village which devotes to the development of the educationis the small and incomplete school that fits in the village of our country, especiallysparsely populated districts living scattered. Thus it plays an essential role in thedevelopment of the education in the village of our country. Not only does the teachingspot help solve the problem that it’s quite hard for children to go to school in village,but also becomes an efficient organizational form of teaching.Therefore, according tothe relevant regulation of Ministry of Education and coordinated the implementationscheduling of the project on the teaching spot totally covered by the digital educationresources, the ability of training the teachers on the teaching spot is synchronouslyorganized to ensure that the teaching spot can meet the specific demands of usingdevices and resources to carry out teaching and completely improve theteachers’ability of using the modern technology education means, the networkeducation resources, carrying out the teaching research and so on.After researching the document, we itinerated and exchanged the researchsituation of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture and so on to grasp the currentsituation of the teachers’ conducting regular and network teaching research and thefrequency of using resources to assist teaching. What’s more, we also organized onscene such the activities as supporting the teaching research and exchanging andguiding the teaching. Besides, we did the research and aquired and recorded thecircumstance by such various forms as chatting in the group of QQ, interviewing onphone and conducting the questionnaires. According to the result of the surveys, thecurrent problems in village can be listed as follows:(1)The limitation of geographical condition(2)Lack of qualified teachers(3)The curriculum is incomplete(4)Teachers’ideological problems(5)The subject teaching level and the teachers’ability are relatively low(6)The current modern of teaching research is not suitable for the teachers in theteaching spot to conduct the activity of the teaching research (7)The assessment system isn’t guaranteed.Based on the project work and through the theoretical guide and the practicalresearch, the digital education resources totally covers the teaching spot in GansuProvince, the research has constructed the network teaching research pattern on theteaching spot of the village with the support of the technology after analyzing thepattern of the teaching research on the teaching spot,Kouxiang village of Qianan City.Firstly, with the theory of the development of the teacher’s profession, the theory ofthe adult education, the theory of the communities of practice and blended learningtheory combined, the passage gets the inspiration for the research, which is thetheoretical guide of the research. Secondly, we not only analyzed and summarized theproblems and the current situation of the teaching research work on the teaching spotby researching documents and conducting questionnaires but also combined andconcluded the relevant pattern of teaching spot in other provinces. Thirdly, aiming atthe demand of the teaching research in village at present, with the help of the networkplatform and combining the inspiration of the relevant theory base, we have designeda set of the implementation model with the support of the technology and supply andcorrect it after analyzing the cases. Last but not least, we put forward the solvingstrategies to make the network teaching develop better.According to this logical thinking, the passage can be divided into six chapters:the first chapter introduces the research background, meaning, the present situation,methods and so on of the passage. The second chapter defines the relevant concepts aswell as states and researches the current situation of guiding around. The third chapterexplains the problems during the teaching research on the teaching spot and analyzingthe reasons. The fourth chapter constructs the teaching research pattern with thesupport of the technology through analyzing the cases and learning from the existingpattern and deeply researches it. What’s more, we also support the network teachingresearch pattern by analyzing the cases to supply and correct it in a certain extent. Thefifth chapter provides the good strategies on how to strengthen the development of theteachers’ teaching research on the teaching spot for the network teaching researchpattern the author put forward. The sixth chapter draws a conclusion to the wholepassage to make up for the shortcomings of the present research and remind people of something that they have to pay attention to and so on.The author hopes that the research can make people have a new idea of thedevelopment of the teaching research in the teaching spot and enables it possible tosolve the present issues appearing in the development of the teaching research on theteaching spot. Moreover, it would be better if the research can offer some beneficialreference to improve the effect of the teaching research and develop the teacher’steaching level.
