Education phase of implementation of quality education is to respect students’subjectivity, cultivate the students’ learning initiative, independence and creativity. Soautonomous learning has become an extremely important way of learning.This research mainly guided by the constructivism theory, combining with thecharacteristics of physical science and pedagogy, the psychology theory to design aquestionnaire, to junior high school students as the research object. There are336students in the Jingyuan, Dongwan middle school from the grade eight and grade nine.to understand the current situation of junior middle school students’ physicalautonomous learning. questionnaire survey found that:1.The more students have theconsciousness of learning physics of active, responsible for themselves. But somestudents active consciousness is poorer, or not at all.2. Most students have independentarrangement study time and content of the idea, and hope the teacher plays a guidingrole in the process, but in the concrete implementation show the weak willpower ofautonomous learning. Degree of schoolwork burden is relatively heavy, vary fromperson to person.3. Junior middle school physics curriculum for them is more interestedin but still somewhat difficult; There is biggish difference they meet difficulty in theconcrete mentality, but most of the students in a general lack of initiative consciousnessand habit of thinking to solve the problem, or more accustomed to passive learning.4.Most of the students are the lack of initiative to communicate with teachers, classmates,parents and others to discuss. Preview the initiative will also outline help understand thememory, they have some learning skills in the process of learning;5. Most of thestudents are willing to take the initiative to try to do experiments, and have higherinterest. And also can use other kinds of learning resources to learn more knowledge ofphysics.According to the main problems existing, I interview and communicate withGrade8and9. I learnt about physical autonomous learning situation of junior middleschool students. I found:1.Existing study habits affect students’ autonomous learning;2. Class and Self-study Class lack of free space;3. In the process of learning the willpower is not strong;4. The influence of social environment students do not likelearning.According to the results of the survey and the interview several pertinent,combining the constructivism theory,The paper put forward the following suggestions:to understand the burden of students schoolwork, to give students enough time to doautonomous learning; Raising interest to motivate the desire of students’ inquirylearning; Teachers design reasonable design lesson plans and guide studentsautonomous learning; Timely incentives, lets the student experience success so as tostrengthen the learning motivation; Strengthen the communication between teachers andstudents; Believe that this study can make teachers of physics autonomous learningsituation of junior middle school students have a deep understanding, can also provideresearchers with the empirical material about junior middle school physics autonomouslearning investigation.
