With the development of the times,the society's demand for talents is no longer single,and the educational concept is constantly updated.Modern education is no longer about teachers simply teaching students to do problems,but enabling students to learn to study independently after education.With the continuous reform of education in China,teachers are required to change the teaching methods of physics classroom flexibly.In the course of teaching,teachers should not only teach students knowledge,but also pay attention to the cultivation of students' independent learning ability,so as to help students to quickly adapt to the social development after entering the society.The teaching theory of scaffolding instruction from the constructivism and the theory of the zone of proximal development,the method can assist teachers to help students master the knowledge points more quickly,and it requires teachers to simplify problems,and design reasonable support for students to help students complete knowledge construction and cultivate students' autonomous learning ability in the process of knowledge construction.Therefore,the author hopes to promote the lifelong development of students through the use of scaffolding teaching method in the teaching process.Firstly,the author sorts out the related research on scaffolding instruction and autonomous learning at home and abroad,and defines the related concepts of scaffolding instruction and autonomous learning and autonomous learning ability according to the relevant documents by combining author's reading and her own understanding.Secondly,by consulting the data,designing the questionnaire,counting the survey results,using questionnaire data to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire and analyzing questionnaire results,the problems existing in the junior two students' learning physics at the present stage are summarized.Then,summarizing the design of scaffolding instruction: building scaffolding ?entering the scene ? independent exploration ? collaborative learning ? effect evaluation.It also points out the principles of scaffolding teaching in the process of use: students as the main body,physical life,dynamic scaffold construction and problem-guided.Finally,the article takes the class version of grade eight physics top volume content as an example to conduct teaching design and practice and tries to use scaffolding instruction reasonably in physical teaching.And it evaluates the change of students' autonomous learning ability according to the results of the questionnaire,academic assessment results from practice group ang control group,students' classroom performance,students' notes and assignments completion.The results of the study show that the students in Junior Two have poor physical autonomous learning ability.By adopting the scaffolding instruction in the teaching process,it has significant advantages to cultivate the physics autonomous learning ability of the Junior Two students.
