The ability of interpersonal anti-frustration is basic ability for College students’through life. It’s one’s capacity against frustration. It includes the ability to endurefrustration,the ability to release from frutration and the ability to grow fromfrustration in the process of communication. Based on theoretical analysis, weinvestigated current cinditions of college students’interpersonal anti-frustration on thebase of the questionnaire survey and case interview, and than explore factors andsome appropriate education countermeasrues. This thesis includes the main content asfollowing areas:The first part, mainly studying the basic connotation of ability of interpersonalanti-frustration, which includes the ability of interpersonal frustration tolerance,frustration troubleshooting, frustration growing force, etc. that constitute as a wholeof the interpersonal anti-frustration abilities.The second part, mainly studying theoretical issues of college students ’interpersonal anti-frustration abilities. from communication practice andanti-frustration ability, alienation interaction and anti-frustration ability, languageexchanges rationality and anti-frustration ability to construct the theory analyticalframework of college students’ interpersonal anti-frustration abilities. focuses ontheoretical issues such as Practice the interaction of anti-frustration, alienation andanti frustration abandoning exchanges, language exchanges anti-frustration, thatprovide theoretical support for the analysis of college students’ interpersonalanti-frustration abilities and influencing factors.The third and fourth part, mainly investigating the current cinditions of collegestudents’ interpersonal anti-frustration abilities, especially frustration tolerance,troubleshooting force and growing force. On this basis, analysis of college students’interpersonal ability to resist setback main factors:The main factors that affect college students’ interpersonal tolerance of frustrationforce,mainly due to the self-esteem problems of college students, inner self-enclosed questions and exchanges violence. The main factors that affect college students’interpersonal communication frustration troubleshooting force, mainly due toinsufficient to face frustration and give up, personal practice (exchanges) attitude,communication concept constraints and constrained by language barriers and otheraffected exchanges. The main factors that affect college students’ interpersonalcommunication frustration growing force, mainly due to the growth of the forceutilitarian exchanges constrained by perceptual constraints and communicativebehavior by college students personalized highlight constraints.The fifth part, mainly studying the ways to enhance students’ ability ofinterpersonal communication anti-frustration, as following three aspects:Firstly, enhance Students’ interpersonal frustration tolerance, including enhancestudents’consciousness, foster good self-esteem, strengthen psychological counseling,strengthen psychological counseling, foster healthy interaction of mind and strengthenthe checks and balances, such as exchanges of violence and enhance the force ofStudents’ setback reflection;Secondly, enhance Students’ interpersonal troubleshooting force, includingenhance self-confidence, initiative activation college exchanges, correct mindset toovercome interpersonal exchanges "materialization tendencies" and strengthenexchanges verbal communication to resolve language barriers;Thirdly, enhance Students’ interpersonal frustration growing force, includingimprove rational thinking to overcome perceptual exchanges, foster freedom ofpersonality development of students’ interpersonal communication and interpersonalcollege optimization mechanisms to overcome the utilitarian tendencies exchanges,etc.
