The CPC Central Committee and the State Council clearly put forward in the opinions on Further Strengthening and improving college students’ Ideological and Political Education: "We should pay attention to mental health education.According to the characteristics of College Students’ physical and mental development and the law of education,we should pay attention to cultivating college students’ good psychological quality and the excellent quality of self-esteem,self love,self-discipline and self-improvement,and enhance their ability to overcome difficulties,withstand tests and setbacks." It is clearly proposed to pay attention to the mental health of college students,especially to improve the ability to resist setbacks.Covid-19,September 8,2020,general secretary pointed out at the national commendation Conference on the new crown pneumonia,"there are no heroes drop from the clouds,only the ordinary people who come forward.The young generation is not afraid of hardship,fearless,fearless,carrying their shoulders like a mountain,showing the youthful and exciting spirit and showing the hope of the Chinese nation." Therefore,in view of the current mental health problems of college students,this paper puts forward the training strategy of improving college students’ anti frustration ability through physical games,which will help to supplement physical education teaching methods and means,and make the work of cultivating students’ anti frustration consciousness more targeted and effective.The research adopts mixed research methods and quantitative research: physical games are designed in physical education class to test the anti frustration ability of college students,and verify the impact of physical games on College Students’ anti frustration ability from three aspects:inverse quotient,psychological toughness and coping efficiency.Qualitative research: in the process of the experiment,the case tracking method is used to follow-up observation and exploratory interview with typical case students.The final conclusion is:First,physical game teaching can effectively improve the overall level of adversity quotient,mental toughness and coping efficiency of college students.The self-control ability,the ability of taking responsibility,the ability of resilience and the ability of stress have been improved obviously.Second,self-factors,child discipline and school environment are the factors that influence the ability of college students to resist frustration.Finally,the anti-frustration ability of college students is related to many factors,which is the result of the interaction of many factors.Third,in the process of physical game teaching,mainly through the construction of the anti-frustration curriculum system,paying attention to the construction of students’ ideological and cognitive patterns,respecting students’ internal psychological needs,guiding students to give play to their subjective initiative through objective attribution,and creating suitable frustration situations to stimulate students’ potential,etc.,in order to train and improve the ability of anti-frustration of college students.
