Leisure is a kind of the attitude of mind, is the freedom and liberation of thehuman spirit,is a state of grace of life and the main existing space for a person’spersonal and social development. Leisure is not only looking for fun, but also lookingfor the meaning of life. Our pursuit of leisure is to watch and listen to the world in a“quiet” state. We can be engaged in our work wholeheartedly, and devote ourselves tothe rich leisure life like wisely. All primary and secondary school teachers beneficialleisure life is a teacher in his entire life "a persistent and important developmentstage", the teacher on the "stage" to show their unique style as a professional man,they draw on the "stage" in the professional life must "feed" of life, they eventuallybecome psychosomatic on this "stage" the unity of spirit and "dancer". All theteachers’ leisure life enlightens education, whose rich experience of life itself is aninexhaustible source and living teaching material. Teachers’ all useful leisure life isthe intellectual background of study.This research based on the statistics of questionnaire is aiming at the comparisonof leisure time between elementary school teachers and high school teachers fromwhat they do, how they do, and attention index, revealing the differences andsimilarities and influence on them from the leisure life and exploring the source whyteachers are having current leisure modes and coming up with the suggestions toimprove it. Full-text consists of five parts: The first part is an introduction, includingthe arising question, researching significance and summary, the object and methods ofthis research, and some of the major topics of reason,“leisure”,“leisure life”. Withthe example of part of teachers in X city, the second part is to analysis the questionnaire and highlighting difference between work and spare time, what to bechosen and who to be chosen, self-evaluation, and how to value in leisure life. Thethird part summarizes the elementary school teachers in junior high, high school,teachers and the similarities and differences in leisure life, and the analysis of existingproblems of primary and secondary school teachers in the leisure life. In the fourthpart from the elementary school teachers’ leisure life of the fuzzy, leisure, leisurecognition psychological barriers, time of barriers, obstacles to economic and leisurestructure and so on several aspects to analysis reasons that influences the quality ofleisure life for primary and secondary school teachers. The fifth part is commencingon how two model teachers fully developed wisdom in leisure time, then puttingforward the corresponding countermeasures on how to build up an ideal leisure lifestyle, offering indispensable resource and education on leisure time.
