Research On The Team Construction Of Community Commonweal Social Sports Instructors

In order to respond to the development of sport for all in our country and realize thetransformation from a great sporting nation to a powerful sporting nation, and implement thenational fitness program, the thesis takes the Diaobingshan Dalong community in Diaobingshancity in Liaoning province as example to analyze the problems of commonweal social sportsinstructor team construction, and promote the implementation the development of sport for all in"12th Five Year Plan". Researching methods of interview, questionnaire survey, mathematicalstatistics and so on are used in this paper to analyze the value of the existence of commonwealsocial sports instructor team construction. It also takes Dalong community as an example toanalyze the existing deficiencies in developing community commonweal social sportsguidance;at the same time,it puts forward the measures and suggestions of the development ofcommonweal social sports instructor to provide basis for improving the quality of communitycommonweal social sports instructor team and orderly scientific management, and to make apositive contribution to the good and rapid development of populace sports development andcommonweal social sports instructor career.At present, the number of commonweal social sports instructors development is basically inline with the overall planning and requirement of Diaobingshan. The project’s content ofcommonweal social sports instructors is developing into diversifications and rich in content. Butthere are some problems exiting in maldistribution of guiding type,gender, dis-proportionality ofage,low cultural levels, huge hierarchical construction. In the aspect of practical work of serviceand guidance,Dalong community’s team of public welfare social sports instructors have apretty positiver attitude,suitable service time and most of them do the voluntary service ofguiding with dedication.Community organization as a main part smoothly carries out massactivities,the good overall development situation,but there are some problems involved in theconstruction of management system such as imperfect mechanism of information managementsystem,lacking scientific and systematic management; Haven’t drawing too much leaderships’attention, the open of public venue is finite and lack of inner motivation of guiding work. What’smore, the instructors are lack of business update knowledge, and the training courses are mainlytheoretical with little practicability.Suggested measures:1. Develop and enlarge the scale of team commonweal social sportsinstructors and optimize team levels and cultural structure.2. Improve the social sports instructor team construction management system; Strengthen the management, and perfect the fitnessservice system.3. Intensify the training, training affairs and strengthen the scientific content ofpractical training.4. Increase the investment; expand the open range and implement thecommonweal social sports instructor system.
