The Research And Practice Of Incentive Mechanism To The Students Of Technical Teacher University

The college students incentive mechanism is an effective way tostimulate students to be active, furthermore, the incentive mechanismplays an important role both in the process of knowledge obtaining andstudents self development. There are some differences between thetechnical teacher university and the general university in terms ofeducational philosophy and educational goals. It is very important tobuild and optimize the incentive mechanism that conform technicalteacher university students characteristics and combine the student’sindividual needs and university’s educational goals. Studying thetechnical normal university students incentive mechanism which isdifferent from the one for other university students can maximize themobilization of Technical teacher university student’s enthusiasm,creativity and can discover their potential, also is good to fully takeadvantage of the resources of Technical teacher university so as toimprove the technical teacher education performance.This thesis, from the terms of stimulation and incentive mechanism,demonstrated the incentive theories, both national and international one,analyzed the enlightenment gained from these theories. Siting TianjinUniversity of Technology and Education as an example, the author clearsthe connotation of technical teacher university incentive mechanism,through methods of document analyzing, inquiring and visiting, fromtwo aspects of rewarding and punishment discussed the main content ofincentive mechanism. This thesis also analyzed the main problems andreasons of technical teacher university students incentive mechanism;based on these challenges and performance, with the certain theoriesrelated to the incentive mechanism, this thesis suggest the educationalgoal should be put in the central while establishing the students incentivemechanism, this mechanism should be flexible, it is also necessary toconduct some related research from both internal and external point ofview and then take some optimal action.
