At present,some polypeptides with powerful biological activity at home and abroad have been continuously discovered and identified.The debate on polypeptides has become one of the most attractive research areas in biochemistry.Most researches on the exercise ability of peptides focus on the anti-oxidation and anti-fatigue effects.The low-cost camel blood is rich in albumin,and polypeptides from camel blood extracted by enzymatic hydrolysis technology is rich in amino acids and branched-chain amino acids.Its composition meets the requirements of high-quality protein,and its supplement is related to the improvement of exercise capacity and resistance to exercise fatigue.Polypeptides from camel blood can be used as a nutritional supplement to improve exercise capacity.In this paper,the effects of hive peptide and aerobic training on energy metabolism and anti-exercise fatigue ability of rat skeletal muscles were investigated by measuring the energy metabolism and free radical-related indicators in rats with orally administered peptides of acne.To develop the industrialization of polypeptides from camel blood and scientifically supplement sports nutrition to provide scientific basis and provide new perspectives and methods for athletes' training and monitoring and sports nutrition.Part I Effect of Different Dosage of Camel Blood Peptide on Fatigue Resistance of Rats Experimental method:Fifty healthy male 2-month-old Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:control group(C group),low dose group(LP group),medium dose group(Z group)of camel blood peptides,and high polypeptide of camel's blood.Dose group(H group),positive control taurine group(T group),determination of body weight,exhaustive exercise time,serum lactic acid(LA),urea nitrogen(BUN),and propane II after 4weeks of gavage Aldehyde(MDA)content,gastrocnemius glycogen,and hepatic glycogen content were used to investigate the optimal supplemental dose of polypeptides from camel blood.Results:(1)After 4 weeks of intragastric administration,the weight gain of rats increased at different levels.Compared with the control group(C),the growth trend of the low dose group of L.pumila(L)group was the smallest.(2)There was a trend of prolonged exhaustion time in low dose group(L group)and taurine control group(T group),and the trend of the low dose group(L group)was the highest.(3)Compared with the control group(C group),taurine(T group)significantly reduced the serum lactate content after exhaustive exercise(P<0.05).There was also a decreasing tendency in each group of polypeptides from camel blood.Each group wasranked Z group <H group <L group.(4)Compared with the control group(C group),there was a decreasing trend of serum MDA content after exhaustion in all groups.According to the mean value,L group was ranked as <T group <H group <Z group <C group,in which low dose group of camel blood polypeptide(L group)The greatest trend of decrease.(5)Compared with the control group(C group),the serum urea nitrogen content in all groups had a decreasing tendency after exhaustion.According to the mean value,L group <H group <Z group <T group <C group,in which the camel blood polypeptide The low-dose group(L group)showed the greatest reduction tendency.(6)Compared with the control group(C group)and the positive control taurine group(T group),the low dose group(L group)of canine blood peptide significantly increased the gastrocnemius muscle glycogen content after exhaustive exercise(P<0.01).(7)Compared with the control group(C group),liver glycogen in each group had an upward trend after exhaustion.The average value was ranked L group> Z group>H group> T group> C group,in which the camel blood polypeptide was low in dose.The group(L group)has the largest upward trend.Part II Effect of Supplementation of Cumulus Peptide and Exercise Training on Energy Metabolism in Rat Skeletal Muscle Experimental method:60 healthy 2-month-old Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: control group(C group),polypeptides from camel blood-supplemented group(P group),training group(E group),and camel-blood peptide supplement + training group(PE).Group),positive control taurine supplemented group(T group),taurine + training group(TE group),6 weeks after the determination of rat body weight;hemoglobin,blood ammonia,serum urea nitrogen and blood lactate levels;gastrocnemius mitochondrial lemon Activity of acid synthase(CS),alpha-ketoglutarate dehydrogenase(?-KGDHC),activity of respiratory chain complexes I,IV,and V;activity of antioxidant enzymes SOD,GSH-Px,CAT,MDA content in gastrocnemius ROS content.Results:(1)After 6 weeks,the body weight of rats increased at different degrees.Compared with the control group(C group),the body weight of the peptides and taurine supplementation and exercise training all reduced the weight of each group.TE group <PE group <P group <E group <T group <C group,in which taurine +exercise group(TE group)was significantly reduced.(2)(2)Compared with the control group(C group),except for the decrease of HB content in the taurine-supplemented group(T group),the other groups all showed an increasing trend.The HB content in each group was ranked as E>TE> PE group>Pgroup>C group>T group,of which the sports training group(E group)had the largest increase trend.(3)Compared with the control group(C group),the blood ammonia levels in the hive group(P group),the taurine group(T group)and the taurine supplementation group(TE group)decreased,and the remaining two groups had a decreasing taurine-supplemented group(T group)and the P group(P<0.01).The ROS content of the gastrocnemius muscle in each group was decreased.Conclusion:(1)Cordyceps peptide supplementation can improve the mitochondrial respiratory chain function of skeletal muscle and reduce the lipid peroxidation reaction of muscle cells,and may have a certain effect in anti-exercise fatigue ability.The lowest dose of 26.79mg/kg body weight is the most resistant to fatigue.Good supplemental dose.(2)Cordyceps peptide supplementation combined with aerobic exercise can effectively promote the mitochondrial tricarboxylic acid cycle and respiratory chain function of skeletal muscle,promote the anti-oxidation function of skeletal muscle during exercise,and have significant effects in relieving exercise fatigue.(3)In the process of aerobic exercise training,the supplementation of camel-blood polypeptides was more effective than taurine supplementation in reducing lipid peroxidation damage in skeletal muscle cells.
