With our education curriculum gradually reforming, how to improve theeffectiveness of teaching and realize the effective teaching has become in an awkwardposition in the research of teaching reform in our country. During the whole teachingprocess, the school moral education teaching is in an awkward situation, it has thecognitive error between teacher’s "teaching" and students "learning", which affects thequality of teaching and learning effect in recent years.This paper is focus on doresearch about the phenomenon of "inefficient" teaching in secondary vocationalschool of Liaocheng,meanwhile, find out the crux of the problem and put forward toimproving secondary vocational school students’ teaching effective strategies of moraleducation and teachers’ teaching level.Finally,we will cultivate and stimulate students’interest in learning.This paper will help everyone not only constructed a goodteaching strategy and effective teaching of secondary vocational school moraleducation theory,but also set up the correct choosing profession idea, cultivate goodideological and political quality and professional ethics accomplishment, also can beteaching practice for secondary vocational school moral education to provide thenecessary theory basis.Based on the case teaching, situational teaching method,discussion method as the main research methods, this academic paper will payattention to communication and collaboration between teachers and students, create awin-win situation to lay a solid foundation of learning for the realization of themultimedia teaching. I also want to furtherly improve the classroom teachingeffectiveness, update the old teaching idea usually, determine the effective teachingtarget, implement effective teaching method.Let the student learn actively, willing tolearn. Only in this way, can we truly stimulate the enthusiasm of students and inspirestudents’ potential ability. Make sure that the students can make their contributiontowards their jobs in the future.
