Stratified education of moral education in vocational schools isbased on Humanism and aims at lifelong development of each student.In order to optimize the teaching effect, to maximize the improvementof learner’s knowledge and skills, and to promote the development oftheir personalities, individual differences such as individual knowledgebackground, cognitive levels, specialties and even psychologicalquality should be taken into account. Meanwhile, correspondingteaching objectives should be drawn up, corresponding teachingcontent should be reorganized, corresponding teaching methodsshould be applied and corresponding evaluation criteria should beestablished.Vocational education aims to cultivate high-qualified,comprehensive-skilled talents to meet the needs of the development ofour society. However, the course of moral education is one of theprincipal means. In the course, students gain knowledge about law,politics, virtue, moral, professional ethics, career designing andpsychology. The course accelerates the achievement of the goal ofvocational education, speeds the all-round development of studentsand facilitates their comprehensive skills.Nowadays moral education is not so desirable in vocational schools.In order to gather further information and change the current situation,some researches were conducted among some students and teachersthrough investigations and interviews. From the researches, wediscovered some unfavorable factors associated with students’ interest,learning habit, learning ability, teaching concept, teaching experienceand teachers’ knowledge background, which hinder the developmentof moral education.Based on the theories of Multiple Intelligence, Zone of Proximal Development, the Optimization of Teaching Process, this paperdiscusses the introduction of stratified teaching in moral education classaccording to students’ aptitude and their specialties. Some practicalstrategies are suggested in the paper to achieve teaching objectives,to handle teaching materials and to diversify teaching methods andassessment. Through the researches, the strategies are expected to behelpful to satisfy the needs of various vocational students, to favor theircareer design, to break the traditional teaching mode, to provokeshaping individual personality and to realize the functions of the moraleducation course.
