Educational concept, educational thinking, and model ofteaching all need to be updated and modified during the new periodof giving great impetus to quality-oriented education.As the musicteacher troop, in the new period, should have a intensity sense ofurgency and responsibility of renewing and enhancing personal. Thispaper present my own idea after studying the treatises of Sternberg,Person, Delphi, and others’ in the United States, and some expertteachers in China. The idea is that an expert teacher is a collectiveintelligence, which have both quality of teacher, and ability ofeducational scholars of body-on-one. Meanwhile, due to theparticularity and complexity of this subject, the expert musicteacher has more abundant and multi-aspect than other musicteachers. This paper uses the method of case studying, to interviewand observe Zhengzhong, a famous music teach in Guizhou Provienceduring half a year. Have a understanding of the psychology andbehavior characteristics during all stages of Zhengzhong’s career,external actions and support factors. Thus combine the psychologyand philosophy of music teaching, carding the common pattern whichthe reflect the growth factor of expert music teacher, then proveit. Intention to get an referential factor, which can give manymusic teachers and normal music graduates inspiration, and can promote the music teacher to have a professional development.
