With the rapid development of national economy,culture and living standards,the public demand for basic education is higher and higher,and the high-quality teachers are still in short supply.In the education atmosphere of "learning well",high-quality education resources are often unevenly distributed due to regional or school factors.The expansion and uniformity of high-quality education resources are the key issues of current education.In the process of developing high-quality education resources,high-level teachers occupy the key and core position of high-quality education resources.Therefore,the policy system of good teachers,famous teachers,excellent teachers and key teachers has become the focus of social attention,and also the focus of internal resources competition in education,especially for music education and music teachers.All provinces,cities and regions in the country have the construction policy of backbone teachers.In order to improve the quality of basic music teachers,Shaanxi Provincial Department of education proposed the "three levels and three types" backbone teacher construction system."Three levels" refer to provincial,municipal and district level;"three types" refer to teaching expert workstation,discipline leader workshop and famous teacher studio.Among them,teaching expert workstation is the most basic and helpful to train excellent teachers.Shaanxi province continues to strengthen the selection work,striving to form a certain scale of the backbone teachers of primary and secondary schools in the province by 2020,and to create a group of influential provincial discipline leaders and famous teachers.The construction of music backbone teacher system not only improves the quality of Shaanxi basic education teachers,but also promotes the healthy and sustainable development of basic education in Shaanxi Province.On the basis of consulting and combing the relevant literature at home and abroad,the author makes an on-the-spot investigation and specific analysis on the music teaching expert workstation in the "three levels and three categories" backbone teacher system of Shaanxi Province.Through the collection and arrangement of activity data and achievement feedback of music teaching expert workstation in Shaanxi high school,junior high school and primary school,this paper summarizes the role of music teaching expert workstation in promoting the development of basic music education.This paper is divided into the following five chapters:In the introduction part,the author introduces the problem,the content,the significanceand the method of the research,and explains the concept vocabulary "three levels and three categories" backbone teacher construction system "," excellent teaching experts "and"excellent teaching expert workstation "in detail.In the first chapter,through the collection and collation of domestic and foreign literature,it discusses that there are great differences in the evaluation system of teachers in different countries,and expounds the necessity and significance of the music teaching expert workstation.In terms of the teacher evaluation system in China,every province,city and region has relevant policies to improve the overall teaching level of teachers,including teaching expert workstation,famous teacher studio,famous teacher workstation,etc.In the second chapter,the teaching expert workstation is divided from the level of learning section,and the commonness and individuality of the development of different teaching expert workstations are explained in detail.From the four aspects of the brief introduction of the station master,education and teaching resources,subject teaching management and the attention of school leaders,this paper analyzes the influence and function of the station master on the development of the station activities.In the third chapter,the author makes an on-the-spot investigation on Shaanxi music teaching expert workstation and collects and sorts out the information about the activities of the workstation.The promotion function of music teaching expert workstation to teachers is mainly reflected in four aspects: thinking consciousness,teaching level,academic ability and learning platform;the promotion function to students is mainly reflected in three aspects:outlook on life,hobbies and music literacy;the promotion to schools is mainly reflected in three aspects: association between schools,education and teaching resources and infrastructure construction.The fourth chapter summarizes the characteristics of excellent teachers and analyzes the law of their growth and development through the research of excellent teaching experts in Shaanxi Province,and concludes that the development of music teaching experts has gone through four stages: novice stage,development stage,mature stage and promotion stage.The fifth chapter summarizes the problems existing in the development of teaching expert workstation,puts forward the corresponding solutions and personal suggestions,discusses the shortcomings of this study and prospects the development of music teaching expert work.
