With the development of society and economy, the level of our life has improved rapidly.But there also have been lots of social issues, and most of the issues is the employment ofundergraduates. Especially the increasing of college enrollment since1999, the amount ofundergraduates has improved very fast, and the pressure of employment has become serious.Therefore, the government claims that promoting job creation increase employment and doingwhatever we can enlarges employment and so on. The policies help us a lot with issue of ourjobs. Whereas, we can see many difficulties also exists. So attaching with the practice of ourcountry, the author provides some insightful suggestions with the example of job creating inNortheastern Stocking.This thesis researches the characteristics of the job creating through the whole countrysideand outside by documents and comparative study and interview and joining. With the discourse,we can know many useful suggestions of job creating. Furthermore, the author invested in theNortheastern Stocking in order to find the difficulties in employment of undergraduates. Forexample, declined motive and ceased intention of job creating,the poor opportunities and fundof our society, the lack of experience of market and society, the short ability of operation,thelack of employment security and the large liquid of employees and so on, all of these are thecauses for the difficulties of employment. The author provide some useful suggestions for theundergraduates in Northeastern Stocking using the social theory. The suggestions includes layersof school, society, government and individuals.The author provides some scientific theory and suggestions for the managers andundergraduates of job creating in Northeastern Stocking. To some extent, the theoryand suggestions can solve the problem of the whole country because we can have a more peaceand perfect society and achieve the construction of well-off society.
