Juvenile Offenders Community Correction Social Work Intervention Studies

In this paper, the dawn of Fuzhou City Education Service Center for communitycorrection of the minor crime lord in four as the research object, mainly adopts theaction research method to carry out investigation and study, the author and thecorrection of social work, case involved with the correction process. The integrateduse of academic criminology, psychology, sociology, social work theory, theprofessional social work of community correction for juvenile offenders involved arediscussed and practical application. For juvenile community correction is a keyturning point in the life of the minors, the ultimate goal of this paper is to realize theprevention of juvenile delinquency and return to society smoothly.This paper consists of six parts. The introduction part system about communitycorrection for juvenile offenders, research background, research significance,research and theoretical basis.Firstly analyzes the types and cause of the minor crime. Property type crime,violence, sex crime is the main three types of minor crime in our country, the mind isnot mature, poor family education and social impact is the potential factors of minorcrime.Further pointed out that in the needs of the community to accept correction ofjuvenile delinquents and are faced with the problem."Criminals" brand, the edge ofthe social support network situation and deficiency of social function make thejuvenile delinquents woes in the community correction, meet the demand of egotismand urgent to solve their problems is correct.To put forward the correction of juvenile delinquents shall be adhering to theconcept of social work value. To accept, equality, respect, and the social work valueconcept of individuation, self-determination, confidential work for correctionprovides ideas to support and quality guarantee.The fourth chapter is the core part of this article. Research process, the authormainly adopted social work general general process model for four of the minorcrime the main intervention of social work practice. It is worth mentioning that the author try to use in the process of practice of emotional support group to help juveniledelinquents and realize art force increases, hope by the power of the team members,so as to restore and promote the purpose of the minor crime the main force of art,practice has proved that using the method of group work for juvenile delinquents withthe recovery of a correction of juvenile delinquents successful art force has a greatrole in promoting. This makes the author obtained the juvenile delinquents art forcerecovery of valuable practical experience.The fifth chapter is summary and discussion section. Summarizes the full textand elaborated in this paper, we study the new findings, put forward the juveniledelinquents of community correction social work intervention of some Suggestions.
