A Practical Study On The Invovlvement Of Case Work In Juvenile Delinquent Community Correction

In recent years,the social relationship network has become increasingly large and complex,followed by the emergence of social contradictions and conflicts,the endless emergence of criminal problems,misleading online information,and other undesirable phenomena.Among them,the heat of juvenile delinquency is rising day by day,and has aroused people’s great attention.Adolescence is an important stage in terms of socialization,and the development of adolescents is related to the future of the country.Timely education and rescue of adolescents is of great benefit to the progress and development of the country and society.Taking the juvenile delinquents in Community J of Jining City as the research object,this study is based on the theory of advantage perspective,and through such research methods as interview,participation and observation,it takes community J as the venue for field study,selects a typical case of youth community correction and corrects the deficiencies in the process of integrating reflection.Relevant improvement measures and suggestions are summarized to help juvenile delinquents better return to society through multi-agency cooperation,in hope of providing reference for community correction for juvenile delinquents.
