In order to adapt to the national new curriculum reform requirements, this paperanalyzed the current status of application of the digital teaching resources and formfactors based on the qualitative data analysis theory as the instruction, in the form ofquestionnaire survey, from the angle of junior middle schools’ biology teachers, theaspects of application mode of digital instructional resource acquirement andutilization of resources, grasp the situation of information technology, the cause ofstudents attitude towards teachers’ using digital teaching resources, the demand forresources of Hengshan County junior middle school in Hunan province, andproposed countermeasures and Suggestions to strengthen on the application of thejunior high school life digital instructional resources.This paper used teachers and students’ questionnaire to investigate, and40teachers and336students of8junior middle school of Hengshan County in Hunanprovince were investigated,and got the latest data of biology digital instructionalresources’ present utilization situation about the related high school. Data statisticalanalysis shows that most students support the biology teacher use of digital resourcesfor teaching, the digital resources construction in schools are not good, the highquality resources that teachers can use are quite rare. About to their own educationaltechnology, the majority of teachers said they were not skilled in the moderneducational technology, the ability of use the resources creatively is not strong, sothey need to strengthen their training of relevant skills.According to the results of statistical analysis, this paper argues that to changethe present situation of biology teachers’ application of the the digital teachingresources of Hengshan County junior high schools in Hunan province, and to improvethe effect of teaching, we should proceed from the following four aspects:(1) givefull play to the role of the local educational function department, to strengthen theguidance of the education of high schools, to implement the teaching evaluation,conduct interscholastic appraised digital teaching awards event;(2) the increasing useof digital teaching resources, increase the intensity of website promotion of basic education resources, strengthen the building of middle school campus digitaleducation resource;(3) to improve teachers’ ability of applying and the creation ofdigital teaching resources, to improve information literacy.
