Study On Current Situation And Countermeasure Of Campus Football In Primary And Middle Schools Of Hunan Province

Since 2009,the State General Administration of physical Education and the Department of Education have started the campus football activities.Through the extensive development of football activities in universities,middle schools and primary schools throughout the country,quality education has been fully implemented.Since then,our country's youth football has entered a new stage of development.Campus football in primary and secondary schools has become a breakthrough and an important content in promoting the reform and innovation of school sports.In recent years,Hunan Province has also responded positively to the call of the central government and concentrated its efforts to build the campus football with Hunan characteristics.Since the development of campus football in primary and secondary schools in Hunan Province,the school football work has been faced with many difficulties and problems.To further understand the situation of football construction since the 2014 campus football teleconference,8 football characteristic schools in Hunan Province were selected by "recommendation plus random sampling" to organize and lead their teaching staff.The teaching training and competition system,the condition guarantee,the campus football culture propaganda and so on have carried on the field investigation.In this paper,using the method of literature,expert consultation,questionnaire,logical analysis and mathematical statistics method,in Hunan Province,8 principals,80 teachers/teachers,40 teachers,80 parents,240 students questionnaires and interviews.The primary school football school in Hunan province the basic situation,teaching,training,competition,cultural propaganda investigation and analysis and put forward corresponding suggestions,provide accurate basis for related departments to make the next decision,grasp the direction of development of the campus football scientific,face the campus football since the push and problems and finally realize the primary and middle schools in Hunan Province This paper defines the concept of campus football as follows:campus football is the starting point of primary school,the school sports teaching process interspersed with football,mainly including the spread of football spirit and culture,football techniques and tactics,Training and so on,to guide pupils'sports interest as the starting point,to improve the students' physical and health level,to temper their will and to cultivate students' unity,cooperation and indomitable fighting spirit.The conclusions of this study are as follows:campus football has been carried out for 3 years.The school not only offers soccer lessons and extracurricular football activities at least once a week,but also holds regular school football class leagues every academic year;the school The foundation of physical education work is weak,the structural shortage of physical education teachers is difficult to change in the short term,the problems that physical education teachers face include:low job satisfaction,which is reflected in the subsidy of the first physical education teacher to lead the team training.The incentive mechanism for PE teachers to lead the training cannot reflect the difference between doing more and doing less,doing and not doing.The second is the strength of support to students.Teachers in remote areas have few opportunities to participate in high-level training,and the content of training is mostly theoretical teaching and relatively single,which can not meet the needs of grass-roots coaches' technical and tactical teaching.Problems faced by students include:first,the safety of students in schools Leaders,physical education teachers and parents are generally concerned about problems,the lack of safeguard mechanisms related to major injuries,the lack of clear division of responsibilities in campus safety liability insurance,and the fact that the treatment of accidental injuries cannot be taken as the basis for legal punishment.The rights and interests of all parties are not guaranteed.Second,the channels for students' further education are not open,and the policy for further education is not obvious.There is insufficient publicity and there is no policy guarantee in the area of"social assistance," and a relevant document on "how social forces enter schools" is needed.The recommendations of this study are as follows:improve the safety risk prevention and control and accident injury insurance,let the participants have a sense of security;Get sense;strengthen teacher management,enhance sense of mission and responsibility;increase publicity and promotion,enhance honor.
