The Research On Current Situation Of The University Student Participating In The Social Practice About "Culture"、"Technology" And "Health"

College students’ social practice about “culture、technology and health” is notonly a main approach for universities to raise the practical ability but also an effectivelink of Ideological and political education. It plays an important role in enhancingtheir sense of social responsibility and improving the comprehensive quality.However, many problems and limitations are exposed with the rapid development ofthis social practice in the new period. Therefore, the research attempts to analyze thepresent situation of college students’ social practice about “culture、technology andhealth”, then explore some countermeasure suggestions. This paper is made of threeparts:At the first part, author mainly to clarify the concept of college students’ socialpractice, analyze the value, briefly introduce the history and the national policyguidance, as the groundwork for further research.The second part is the survey and analysis in the situations of college students’social practice about “culture、 technology and health”. Research mainly fromparticipation in level and frequency, the values and attitudes, participation in content,the way of organization, practice implementation process and benefits six perspectiveof the present situation to carry on the investigation analysis. There are someproblems existing in one-sided ideological understanding; lack of training andguidance; safeguard mechanism is not sound; poor evaluation in participate.The third part puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve thecollege students’ social practice about “culture、technology and health”. This researchintroduces advanced experience of “community service” in US,“working class” inMexico, and the labor practice education in Thailand, compares the western andChinese college student’ social practice. Try to make suggestions based on the realityof our country. College and universities should be widely publicized mobilization,make a good understanding of social practice; Strengthen guidance for project,improve the ability of social practice; Standardize the inputs in management, provideeffective safeguard; Make the evaluation more scientific, achieve the sustainabledevelopment.
