Innovation Research On Foreign Trade Talents Of DF Higher Vocational Educational Institution

With the constantly evolving new international circumstances and changingdemands for talents of foreign trade, it has become an issue requiring for profoundconsideration for decision makers regarding education setup and talents cultivationsin educational institutions that how to cultivate an excellent foreign trade personnel,in order to skillfully handle the international trade business under complex andvariable environment. It is more of the case in particular in our country, since thereare prevailing issues existing in the talents cultivation on internal trade majors of thehigher vocational education, such as disconnection between talents cultivationstandards and theories, lack of involvement from enterprises’ professional experts inthe course design, lack of diversification in assessments for students’ performances,lack of practical experience for the teachers and so on.Taking the innovation of foreign trade talents cultivation from DF highervocational educational institution as the research object and adopting researchapproaches as literature research method, combined method of theories andinvestigation, systematic analysis method, interview method and so on, this paper hascarried out deep discussion on the existing issues in terms of foreign trade talentscultivation and then through further analysis on the causes of them, it has purposedsome innovative approaches to resolve the issues in foreign trade talents cultivationso as to establish a blueprint for the new approach of foreign trade talents cultivation.Through research on this subject, the author hopes to promote the innovation offoreign trade talents cultivation in the province where DF higher vocationaleducational institution is located and to drive to build up a multi-layer foreign tradetalents system, so as to provide theoretical basis to further enhance the foreign tradetalents cultivation of higher vocational educational institutions at national scale.
