Effects Of Network Culture On College Campus Culture Construction In Qinghai

Currently, with the increasingly fierce international competition, culture as acountry’s "soft power", is playing an increasingly prominent role. As a cultural Mecca,colleges not only provide motive power for talent training, but also serve as importantbase, demonstration area and radiation source for the construction of socialist spiritualcivilization, shouldering an important task of improving the country "soft power". Atpresent, China is in the critical period of development and reform. Internationalnetwork brings about opportunities as well as poses serious challenges for collegecampus culture construction in the new era. The role of information network oncampus culture construction should not be overlooked. As a multi-ethnic gatheringarea, Qinghai owns rich national culture resources and shows distinctive regional andnational characteristics compared with colleges in mainland. It is worth our in-depthanalysis as how to succeed essence and virtues and abandon dross by making betteruse of Internet channel. This paper aimed to start from the network cultureconstruction of colleges in Qinghai, studied the main existing problems andinvestigated the effects of network culture on college culture construction in Qinghai.Firstly, this paper briefly defined related concepts, analyzed the connotation ofcollege culture and then studied the effects of network culture on college cultureconstruction in Qinghai region. Secondly, three colleges in Qinghai were studiedthrough questionnaires and the results were under analysis and comparison with thoseof colleges in mainland and the existing problems of college campus cultureconstruction in Qinghai under network culture were analyzed. Finally, this paperproposed countermeasures to further enhance college campus culture construction inQinghai on the basis of theoretical analyses and the results of the study.
