Effective teaching is not only a teaching philosophy, but also thefundamental pursuit of each teacher’s classroom teaching. Combing effectiveteaching and junior high school chemistry teaching is considering the basicconcept of the new curriculum of junior middle school chemistry as a guide toachieve the goals of junior high school chemistry teaching and improve theefficiency, benefit of junior high school chemistry classroom teaching.And improve classroom teaching effectiveness of the most fundamental is topromote the progress and development of students, So what is the students thinkof junior high school chemistry teaching effective or ineffective? Therefore, thisarticle as a starting point, Studying the effectiveness of the junior middle schoolchemistry teaching by the student’s point of view, And to provide somefeasible suggestions for the teacher’s teaching.In this paper the method of literature review and questionnaire survey areused as the research method to discuss the effectiveness of the junior high schoolchemistry teaching.Firstly, this paper discussed the current research situation of effectiveteaching at home and abroad, based on the constructivism learning theory and theteaching process optimization theory as the theoretical basis of this study, andsummarized the most basic and important features of junior high schoolchemistry effective teaching on the basis of effective teaching characteristics.Secondly, according to the most basic and important features of junior highschool chemistry effective teaching and relevant literatures to design the contentof the questionnaire to understand the status of junior high school chemistryeffective teaching, so as to analyze the existing problems in the chemistryclassroom teaching in junior middle school. Through the survey analysis, theauthor found that the teacher has some inefficiency in chemistry classroomteaching, such as: teachers’ teach lack of logic and interest; teaching contentcannot be linked with the life and production practice; in the experimental teaching teachers provide too few opportunities of hands-on experiments forstudents; teachers can’t ask hierarchy questions according to the students’ leveland cannot take care of the whole class; few teachers create a harmonious anddemocratic teaching environment in class management; when chemistry teachersusing multimedia teaching, many problems are not well deal such as therelationship between traditional teaching media and modern teaching media andsoon.Finally, in view of the current situation of junior high school chemistryclassroom teaching and the existing problems, Combined with the students’Suggestions from teachers’ teaching, teaching content, experiment teaching,classroom management and multimedia teaching, classroom questioning these sixaspects put forward the corresponding suggestion, to provide advice and help forchemistry teachers in junior middle school to improve the effectiveness ofclassroom teaching.
