Language is the most important tool for communication and information carrier; meanwhile, it is a significant part of human s culture. The Chinese writing in primary school in China which defined as the key and difficult points has great effect on students. However, Owing to the influence of exa m-orientededucation in long term, traditional writing teaching model still played the mainrole between majority of teachers, which is is not conducive tor promoting students Chinese accomplishment and integrated development. For over ten yearsof new curriculum reform, our country has strongly advocated the writing teaching approach of “autonomy, cooperation and exploration learning”, making the Chinese writing teaching approach and model get lots of achievements. As the current trend, exploring the Chinese writing teaching model of “autonomy, cooperation and exploration” has changed the students learning ways, arousing the learning interest and promoting their motivation further improving the students writing quality, which achieve the goal of writing teaching reform is an effective way of complying with Chinese new curriculum reform and educationalinformatization development under the condition of informational technology.According to the existed problems of Chinese teaching in primary schooland on the guidance of modern educational minds and theories, the aim of thisresearch is to design and apply a scientific “teaching-learning platform” network teaching environment, which created an informational environment which isgood for Chinese teaching and learning. The purpose is to arouse students enthusiasm of writing learning and change their writing interests, attitude and motivation, promoting the communication ability and co-operational awareness. What s more, it can change the teachers teaching ways and strategies to make theprimary Chinese writing teaching model reformed.This research consists of three parts. The stages of literature and current trend research, the design and application of “teaching-learning platform” in writing teaching and verify the experiment included in this research.1. The first stage---literature research. It is to analyze the current situation of primary Chinese writing teaching and the needs of teachers and students in writing teaching. Through literature research, questionnaire and interview, thisis going to research the current situation of the present primary Chinese writing, find the problems that existed in writing teaching and inquire teachers andstudents advice on the reform of writing teaching model.2. The second stage is to introduce how to design and apply teaching-learning platform to primary Chinese writing teaching. On the basis of current situation and needs analysis, there designed an atmosphere that corresponds to teaching-learning platform under the instruction of informational teaching theories. The purpose is to solve the present problems existing in the writing through the effective design and application of teaching-learning platform.3. The third stage is verifying the “teaching-learning platform” experimentinto practice. Through the quasi-experiment research, applying the teaching-learning platform designed aiming at the problems, there do some experimental research in experimental class. At last, to analyze the experimental results andverify the research hypothesis.
