With the deepen development of information technology era,the Internet is gradually changing people's learning models.More and more teaching materials are integrated to be utilized and the system of educational informationalization is gradually completed through the organic combination of traditional learning methods and network learning methods,and in order to fulfill students' initiative,enthusiasm and creativity,who are the main part in the learning process,hybrid learning model is formed.In the year 2010,our country enacted the National Medium-and-Long-Term Plan for Education Reform and Development(2010-2020),which regulated the total strategy for the next ten years and it mentioned that ‘the combination of information technology and education will bring about revolutionary change in educational area.' With the coming of 2020,it is not difficult to notice that the contribution of educational informationalization in our country has made a great improvement.Amounts of universities also put great efforts into constructing course informationalization by consuming large-scale network teaching platform.Blackboard platform is one of the most popular teaching platforms in the whole world,which is widely utilized and highly approved by a great number of universities and colleges in the entire world.However,hot topics raised by many scholars on how to effectively utilize Blackboard platform and perfectly combine it to the traditional face-to-face classroom teaching,in order to increase students' learning initiative and improve teaching quality are still going on.This research will use our school's Blackboard platform to explore how to effectively use network teaching platform and how to combine traditional learning methods network learning methods to enhance students overall development.I will use literature research,case analyze,questionnaire research and practical course implementation methods to establish the basic teaching of Information Technology Basis in order to increase learning quality.The dissertation points out the advantages of network learning platform by referring to the majority of books and literature from home and abroad,introducing some typical network learning platforms,and then analyzing and comparing current typical platforms.Firstly,Blackboard platform takes users as the core,which can make individualized learning environment according to teachers and students' favors.It can also attract students to actively participate into it by setting up special tools,which aims at letting students to highly enthusiastic on network learning.Secondly,this platform can assist teaching,enhance the effectiveness of course-preparation,and increase the implementing efficiency of teaching activity.It can also do a favor to students' previewing and reviewing,in order to let students to grasp and strengthen knowledge in advance.Thirdly,this platform is able to trace back to students' learning records,which helps researchers to collect relevant data during the process of investigating learning behavior,in order to systematically analyze them.Teachers can supervise students' learning behavior at any time too,so that they can grasp students' learning speed and learning outcome at the first time.The core of this dissertation is the design of the course Information Technology Basis and the application research under Blackboard platform.This dissertation has five stages,which are preparation stage,theoretical research stage,design and implementation stage,effectiveness evaluation stage and reflection stage.Firstly,the main tasks in preparation stage are collecting and screening teaching courseware,teaching videos and other relevant learning resources according to university students' learning interest and the outline of the course Information Technology Basis.In this stage,I also participate in the training course on how to use the Blackboard platform.Secondly,in theoretical research stage,I analyze university students' learning characteristics and the course Information Technology Basis according to constructivism theory and hybrid learning theory.Thirdly,in design and implementation stage,based on the practical experience,I establish network courses and design relevant learning resources for each module under the entire course design framework,which aim at Blackboard network learning platform establishment.Fourthly,in effectiveness evaluation stage,through practical teaching procedure,I handle out electronic questionnaires about the application condition of the platform to students to understand the service condition according to teachers and students' activities in some chapters of Blackboard platform,so that I can explore the flipped hybrid teaching model which suitable to university students.This research applies to questionnaire to analyze students' participation condition,platform use condition,the approval level of learning models and students' advise feedback.According to the feedback,I give the advice on embarking on flipped hybrid teaching model in order to use Blackboard platform to enhance teaching.
