Design And Implementation Of Professional Title Evaluation Network System Architecture

Universities title is an affirmation for teacher’s professional skills, abilities,achievements and their academic influence and social status. It’s also an important meansfor school to identify the ability of teachers. The traditional title accreditation system mainlyconsists of manually, circulation through the paper material. Due to the large number ofparticipants and inspection department, and the complex assessment process, artificial toolsto participate in the assessment will inevitably lead to lower efficiency, poor accuracy andtransparency of the assessment process can’t be guaranteed. In view of this, thedevelopment of a computer instead of manually titles accreditation system is particularlyimportant. This system is developed for school assessment mission system conductingsmoothly that learned from college traditional review process.This paper discusses in detail about design technology of the title appraisal networkedsystem architecture and its implementation process. First, by analyzing the shortcomingsand weaknesses of the title of the assessment’s traditional work patterns, to get thepreliminary system requirements, like the purpose, tasks, workflow of the assessment,division of labor of participants and collaboration between participants; Secondly, byanalysis and comb the acquired demand from various angle and level, summarized thespecific tasks of accreditation system, analyzed the emphasis and difficulty of its content, aswell as ideas put forward the improvement of thought and technical roadmap. This paperdescribed the design and implementation of the system in detail. It includes the systemdesign, overall framework design, each sub function module design, interface design anddata structure design, and analyzes the system comprehensively by the method ofobject-oriented system analysis, modeled the system conceptual, logical and physical byusing UML object-oriented approach combined with case diagrams and case table. Thenintroduced three key technologies of the system as while as its implementation process andthe technical prospect. Finally, tested the function and the performance of the system usingthe way of combining black box testing with white box testing. This system has been put into use, worked well in the teaching evaluation of professional titles in2013, brought greatconvenience to review exercise. Its function and performance can meet the demand for thereview of relevant departments to carry out management for review, achieved the desiredobjectives. The expansibility of the system is good, also have a good reference for thedevelopment and design of other management systems.
