With the advancement of the age, corporation structure of education and teacher team is changing, the domestic ordinary high school emerged a large number of super-large scale schools in both private and public nature(tens of thousands of students). Such schools, as a product of the economic and cultural development of our country, have a strong teacher team and rich students, so the influence in the whole education area cannot be ignore. For sustainable development, it’s essential for such schools to stabilize and develop their teacher team. Therefore, the core of the problem is the title appraisal. At present, the domestic primary and secondary school teachers widely use the title evaluation mechanism of caries "combination". But ordinary high schools in the very large scale, as a special group, are faced with increasingly prominent practical problems and contradictions in the teacher’s title appraisal. In this paper, we are based on teacher’s title appraisal implementation background, the experienced transformation, research status at home and abroad, and so on. In this paper, Taking the well-known domestic Mianyang NS high school for example, through literature research, interviews, case studies, questionnaire survey, etc … and combining the theory of management psychology, we analyze the problems and reasons in the process of implementing teacher title "engaging combination" mechanism, and clarify the purpose and significance of this study. Combining the reality of very large scale school, we also analyze the pros and cons of caries "combination", and put forward the mechanism separating teachers’ titles and positions evaluation, in order to make up the inadequacy of the existing mechanisms. At the same time, Considering policy, school, and teacher, we construct a number of measures for the propulsion mechanism of caries "separation" and the strategies of improving the caries "separation" mechanism.We aim at guiding all the teachers to fully recognize the positive influence of caries "separation" mechanism in the title assessment of teachers, make a scientific and reasonable, fair and open appraisal plan, actively build the platform for teachers to show their own professional technical ability, provide the scientific basis and practical basis for the effective implementation of the mechanism of caries "separation", and provide effective strategies for improving teachers title evaluation scheme and intervening in the teachers’ job burnout.
