Study For Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Legal Consciousness For Independent College Students

College students are the future hopes of the country and the successors of buildinga socialist country ruled by law. In order to promote the development of Chinesesocialist country, it is necessary to improve the legal awareness of college students.College students, who bear an important national mission, are the backbone of buildinga socialist country ruled by law, and of legal system modernization. It has importantsignificance to achieve the country ruled by law and to build a socialist modernizationby strong legal consciousness of college students.In addition, the contemporary college students is good at thinking independentlyand quickly to accept new ideas, new things and like to express themselves. They paymore attention to the personal real benefits and have high quality requirements forthemselves. However, due to some traditional moral atmosphere in society andinadequacy of legal education, it results that they have poor legal consciousness, oreven missing. Higher education is shouldering the historical mission to train qualifiedbuilders and successors of socialism. The college students are the new force and themain force of future socialist construction. Therefore, to enhance the training of legalawareness for college students can not be ignored, and also should become animportant part of college education and personnel training.Finally, to research and analysis the current legal consciousness of collegestudents objectively and accurately, and to focus on the legal education are the bases ofraising law awareness and complying with the laws of internal consciousness. In termsof age, college students are a across group of young people and adults, their lawawareness is obviously with variability and immaturity due to no mature and scientificoutlook on life and world view. For historical reasons, due to the effect and constraintsof external environment and the quality of the students themselves and other factors,there are certain deviations between legal awareness and behavior of individual collegestudents and social requirements. Therefore, it has a positive practical and theoreticalvalue to enhance the legal awareness of contemporary college students and to build aharmonious and legal society by grasping and understanding exactly the current situation of legal awareness.In this respect, this paper is combined theory with practice to study theindependent college students through questionnaires, interviews, etc., to obtain legalstatus conscious and then propose the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
