Emotional Intelligence, Subjective Well-Being and Work Engagement has been ahot topic of research for domestic and also abroad scholars. They have drawn a hugetheoretical results, but the current academic community onlyput into the research onthe relationship betweenEmotional Intelligence and Subjective Well-Being, EmotionalIntelligence and Work Engagement,Subjective Well-Being and Work Engagement, butno studies have been conducted on the three variables together. This study exploredthe relationship betweenSubjective Well-Being and Work Engagement through theperspective of Emotional Intelligence to enrich our academic research on the theory ofEmotional Intelligence, Subjective Well-Being and Work Engagement.Because of its professionalism, the research object preschool teacher’s EmotionalIntelligence and Work Engagementare high required. There are no studies on therelationship amongEmotional Intelligence,Subjective Well-Being and WorkEngagement of the preschool teacher in the related fields. Therefore this paper regardpreschool teachers as the research object, through the Emotional Intelligence Scale,Life Satisfaction Scale, Emotional Scale, Work Engagement Scale and other tools toexplore the Emotional Intelligence, Subjective Well-Being and Work Engagement,and to study the relationship among the three, working to improve the ability ofpreschool teachers.This studyuse the method of questionnaire, the scales that are used includeEmotional Intelligence Scale, Life Satisfaction Scale, Emotional Scale and WorkEngagement Scale. This study selectspart of preschool teachers in-service inkindergarten Changchun, Jilin Province as the object to be tested through a randomsampling method.The survey questionnaires were distributed134, eightquestionnaires are invalid questionnaires. Questionnaires efficiency is94%. Thisstudy uses spss17.0statistical software to analysis the data collected, which includesunderstanding the preschool teachers’ Emotional Intelligence, Subjective Well-Beingand Work Engagement characteristics and the differences in demographic variables, and examine the relationship among the three. Specific findings are as follows:(1) Preschool teachers’ SWB is positively correlated with Emotional Intelligence.The results show that the higher the Emotional Intelligence of preschool teachers, thehigher the Subjective Well-Being, whereas lower.(2) Preschool teachers’ Work Engagement is positively correlated with EmotionalIntelligence. The results show that the higher the Emotional Intelligence of preschoolteachers, the higher the Work Engagement, whereas lower.(3) Preschool teachers’ Work Engagement is positively correlated with SWB.The results show that the higher the Subjective Well-Being of preschool teachers, thehigher the Work Engagement, whereas lower.(4) Preschool teachers’ SWB has a significant predictor to the Work Engagement.The results show that with the increasing of the level of Subjective Well-Being of thepreschool teachers, the level of Work Engagementhas a corresponding enhancement,whereas weakened.(5) Preschool teachers’ Emotional Intelligence has a significant predictor to theWork Engagement. The results show that with the increasing of the level of EmotionalIntelligence of the preschool teachers, the level of Work Engagement has acorresponding enhancement, whereas weakened.
