Junior high school is a critical period for trust formation and development,and individuals' outlook on life and values are gradually formed.Their physiological and psychological development characteristics will be reflected in interpersonal communication,and interpersonal trust is an attitude reflected in the process of interpersonal communication,which is an important factor affecting the life and study of junior school students.If there is no trust between people,then there can be no good communication.With the development of socialization,interpersonal trust of junior school students has gradually become a research hotspot in contemporary psychology.Research shows that interpersonal trust directly affects individual subjective well-being,and interpersonal trust is also affected by emotional intelligence.Therefore,the research of interpersonal trust provides effective guidance for building harmonious interpersonal relationship and enhancing individual mental health.This study mainly consists of two parts: The first study is the establishment of interpersonal trust scale for junior school students;The second study is to explore the relationship between interpersonal trust,emotional intelligence and subjective well-being.The study uses cluster sampling to select 239 preliminary test subjects and 454 retest subjects from two junior high schools in Hebei province,and complete the questionnaire.The corresponding statistical methods are used to sort out the data and the following results are drawn:(1)The interpersonal trust scale for junior school students compiled by myself is divided into five dimensions: friend trust,teacher trust,ability trust,parent trust and character trust.The internal consistency reliability coefficient is 0.900 and the fractional half-reliability coefficient is 0.811,which meet the measurement requirements and can be used as a measurement tool for junior school students' interpersonal trust.(2)The interpersonal trust of junior school students is above the middle level.The total score of interpersonal trust of junior school students has significant difference in grade,and the score of interpersonal trust of junior two students is higher than that of junior one students.But no significant difference in gender and whether it is the only child.(3)The emotional intelligence of junior school students is above the middle level.The total score of emotional intelligence of junior school students has significant difference in whether it is the only child or not,and the scores of the non-only-child students in emotional intelligence are higher than those of the only-child students.But no significant difference in gender and grade.(4)The subjective well-being of junior school students is above the middle level.The total score of subjective well-being of junior school students has significant difference in grade,and the scores of subjective well-being of junior one students is higher than that of junior two students.In terms of gender,except for academic satisfaction and freedom satisfaction,other dimensions are not significant,and the scores of boys are higher than those of girls in terms of academic satisfaction and freedom satisfaction.But no significant difference in whether it is the only child.(5)There is a significant positive correlation between interpersonal trust and emotional intelligence.Interpersonal trust has a significant positive correlation with overall life satisfaction and positive emotions in subjective well-being,and a significant negative correlation with negative emotions.Emotional intelligence has a significant positive correlation with overall life satisfaction and positive emotions in subjective well-being,and a significant negative correlation with negative emotions.(6)Emotional intelligence can significantly and positively predict interpersonal trust.Emotional intelligence and interpersonal trust can significantly and positively predict subjective well-being.(7)Interpersonal trust plays a partial mediating role between emotional intelligence and subjective well-being.That is,emotional intelligence affects junior school students' subjective well-being through interpersonal trust.
