| Emotional Intelligence,Learning Engagement and Learning Harvest have been studied by scholars,but there is no research on the combination of the three.Therefore,the combination of the three variables is a great innovation of this study.Adapted in this paper,we use with high reliability,high efficiency of the graduate student learning into the questionnaire and wong and long two scholars compiled by the mature can the emotional intelligence scale WLEIS "data obtained to analyze the master graduate student learning,emotional intelligence,learning,the present situation of the harvest,understand the three variables respectively whether there is a difference between different individual background variables,explore the relations between and among,in order to make clear the emotional intelligence of master graduate student at what level of master graduate student learning can ascend into,so as to enhance learning.Through descriptive statistical analysis,it is found that the score of learning engagement of master students is lower than the theoretical average,that is,the overall level of learning engagement of master students is low,and the scores of emotional intelligence and learning gain are higher than 3.5,that is,the scores of emotional intelligence and learning gain are at a high level.Use independent sample t-test and single factor variance analysis three variables differences between different individual background variables,the study found that learning into the different students,whether cross major entrance,entrance examination way no statistically significant differences between the gender,age,grade,there are differences between subject types;In addition to gender and place of origin,there is no difference in the emotional intelligence of postgraduate students,and there is no difference in whether they are enrolled in different majors.There is a difference between the age of learning and the way of entrance examination.Pearson correlation and regression analysis found that there was a significant positive correlation between master students’ emotional intelligence and their learning engagement.There was a significant positive correlation between master students’ emotional intelligence and learning gains.There is a significant positive correlation between the learning engagement and the learning harvest.It is found that learning engagement mediates between emotional intelligence and learning gain.That is,emotional intelligence can not only directly affect the learning harvest,but also indirectly affect the learning harvest through the change of learning engagement.The conclusion of this study is of great significance to enrich the learning of postgraduate students. |
