With the momentum of the network involved in the education growing, More and more highlyopen, spontaneous voluntary learning organizations are coming, Much more people are willing tohaving participatory learning through the network environment, network infiltrated in Educationgreatly makes the network environment becomes an important learning environment. Internetlearning has become an important way to learn, Especially college students, as the main group ofIndependent learning, they should be have participatory learning through network. Therefore, howto make college students ’participatory learning truly occurs under the network environment isworthy of making a study. The paper is to promote the realization of university students’participatory learning by designing and implementing learning activity.Based on this, firstly, we conducted a relevant theoretical exploration about patcipatorylearning in network environment; Next, based on case study method, we analyze three typicalparticipatory learning activities cases, including "New Read"、"MOOC Open Course "and" SocialLearn Lab" in network environment, and then personally participated in "New Read" learningactivities and conducted in-depth analysis of the data, we try to analyze the factors affectingparticipatory learning and learning activities charateristics so as to get principles of designingactivities; Then, based on the above findings, we build the framework of participatory learningactivities in network environment, including preliminary analysis of learning activities,participatory learning environment mode design, process design and evaluation of learningactivities in four areas; Finally, based on action research methods, in Ningbo University we tooktwo rounds of action research of "Matt Renewal" learning activities and "Reading Sharing"learning activities in Open Experiment Class and Expand Mind Class, we use a questionnaire andin-depth interviews to analyze learners participation on three dimensions: behavioral participation,emotional participation, cognitive participation. We took an practice test on preliminary theoryexploration, learners’ participation had been increased.The paper is divided into six chapters, ChapterⅠis an introduction, including researchbackground, purpose, significance, contents, and research methods and clues which would be uesd;ChapterⅡis literature review and theoretical basis. Chapter III is the analysis of factors which influence participatory learning in network environment, and then get learning activities designprinciples; Chapter IV is the design of participatory learning activities on the basis of the earlierchapters under the network environment; Chapter V took two rounds of action research ofparticipatory learning activities in network environment and tested the effect of action research;ChapterⅥ described the conclusions of the study, presented research prospects.
