With the development of Information Technology and Internet, the process of education informationization is continuing to pushing forward. The Outline of the New Curriculum Reform of Basic Education indicates clearly that promoting the universal application of Information Technology vigorously in instruction process and Integrating Information Technology into the Curriculum, to realize the change of the presentation of teaching content, the learning way of student, the instruction way of teacher and the interactions between teachers and students gradually. Taking full advantage of Information Technology to provide powerful learning tools and colorful learning environment for students'study and development. Currently, the research of the instructional pattern based on the network environment is almost aimed at college students and middle school students, but the research that aimed at pupils is very few. So, I indentified the topic of this study.This study adopted many research methods including the literature law, questionnaire method, interviewing method, and the statistics law. There are three purposes. Firstly, further clarify the relationship between the connotation of the instructional pattern and each element of instructional pattern. Secondly, explore the inquiry instructional pattern of elementary school mathematics under the network environment. Finally, study the effect of the inquiry instructional pattern of elementary school mathematics under the network environment of Primary School Attached to Northeast Normal University.The final conclusions:(1)Under the atmosphere of cooperation, the student's ideas and the ways of solving problems become crystallize and externalization through cooperative activities. Teachers and students can monitor their own understanding and thinking process better.(2)Among the students, they can exchange, dispute and integrate opinions, which can help students construct their deeply understanding.(3)Let the mathematic return to life, and stimulate the student's study desire.(4) Strengthen the link between the knowledge, and promote the integration of discipline.(5) Cultivate students' innovative spirit and practice ability, and improve students' comprehensive quality. The reflection results:(1)The contradiction between class participation and instruction processImproving the class participation is the prerequisite and guarantee of promoting students and study group to construct the current knowledge successfully. In instruction experiment, it is easy to appear that the degree of class participation rises while the instruction process slows down relatively. This may affect the achievement of instruction process.(2)The contradiction between cooperative learning and individual constructionOn the instruction strategy, focusing on the.individual construction and stressing the promoting function of study group is the key to the development of this pattern. If not, there is only the form of the cooperative learning without the essence of it.(3)The contradiction between flexible instructional pattern and inflexible evaluation mechanismAs a new class instructional pattern, one important task is to cultivate independent learning, cooperation consciousness, cooperation ability and attitude. But the present instruction quality evaluation mechanism is unitary, and inflexible.
