With the development of information technology and the current Internet Age, it becomes necessary for teachers to train the self-regulated reading capabilities of middle-school students in the network enviroment.How to improve the self-regulated reading capability of middle-school students in the network enviroment? It shows the meaning for the development of Internet Age, the revolutionary teaching course and individual lifelong development.This article aim is how train the self-regulated reading capability of middle-school students in the network enviroment in practice.Self-regulated reading through Internet is characteristic for its informational abundance, selectability, diversity, openness, exchangeability, and virtualizations. So the targets of the train strategy of self-regulated reading capability of middle-school students. including acknowledgement, participation, communication, thinking, and academic achievement.The traning strategy to develop the self- regulated reading of middle-school students in the network enviroment. It mainly involves the utilization of Internet, the activation of reading interests, the interaction between teachers and students, and the development of thinking and metacognitionAnd the requirement to teachers, including the role teachers should play and the capability teachers should have.
