The Study On Equalization Of Public Sports Service Of China

With the continuous development of China’s economic and social, the backwardpublic sports service already can’t satisfy the requirement of people’s lives in today’ssociety, so the demand for public sports service becomes increasingly high. Todevelop the public sports and implement the equalization of the public sports servicehas become urgent. Only in this way can guarantee that people participate in sportsactivities and enhance their physical quality to promote the whole social development.One of the important theories in the development of public sports service is to realizeequalization of public sports service. The so-called public sports serviceequalization means everyone has the ability to take part in the sports according totheir own requirements, which will became engaging in sports to be a civil right. Butat present in our country’s public sports, there are significant regional inequality,inequality between urban and rural areas, inequality between different social class.This is not consistent with our country’s laws and regulations on guaranteeing the civilrights."The12th five-year plan outline" put forwards clearly the important task of“to develop the public undertakings of sports, to strengthen the construction of publicsports facilities, to launch extensive sports programs for the general public”.Toimplementation of public sports service equalization is an important part of theequalization of public service, which is of great significance to realize the change ofgovernment functions, the construction of the harmonious socialist society and thesatisfaction of people’s growing spiritual and cultural needs.In this paper, through literature research and theory analysis, the status quo ofpublic sports service equalization is analyzed, and discusses the reason of presentsituation of Chinese public sports service which is not equal. According to theseproblems, this paper put forwards the model and path for China’s public sports service equalization, to promote China’s public sports service equalization as soon as possible.
