Research purposes:Asana is an important part of yoga practice. The practice of Asana could make you have healthy body. Standing pose is the foundation of all poses. The trainers could acquire the stable and solid foundation by the practice of standing poses. Distribution test system of plantar pressure can reflect the balance control ability, and show the feet kinetic parameters during the practice of standing yoga Asana. It also can reveal the transfer rule and characteristics of the plantar pressure. The distribution test system of plantar pressure provide the theoretical basis for study of yoga exercise biomechanics, provided the scientific basis for yoga practice and teaching, and also promote the popularization and development of yoga.Research Methods:Research subjects:three Males [26-28(y)] and three females [25to30(y)] good yoga coaches whose feet shapes are normal without history diseases of lower limb and foot or nerve and muscle system diseases. The subjects would accept the test of standing yoga Asana which included the third type of warrior, tree type, chair type, strengthen the spine stretch forward bends, the second type of warriors, and the triangle side stretch type for the plantar pressure distribution analysis. The Experimental apparatus is footscan system which produced by ace kang (RSscan-RS Lab) company from Belgian and data collection and analysis was used footscan7USB2gait software.Research results:on the practice process of the third type of warrior and tree type two, the pressure distribution areas of subjects were Tl(big toe), T2-5(the2nd-5th toe), Ml (the1st metatarsal), M3(the3rd metatarsal), M4(the4th metatarsal) and M5(the5th metatarsal), H1(medial heel), H2(heel lateral). On the practice process of the chair and strengthen the spine stretch forward bends types, the main areas of the pressure distribution were M1-M5(from the1st metatarsus to5th metatarsal), H1(medial heel) and H2(heel lateral). On the practice process of the second type and triangle side stretch type, the main areas of the pressure distribution were Tl (big toe), M1(the1st metatarsus), M2(the2nd metatarsus) and H1(medial heel), H2(heel lateral). Conclusion:comparing to the static standing, yoga standing asana showed obvious peak on the M1(the Is metatarsal) and T1(big toe) and had multiple pressure peak on H1(medial heel) and H2(heel lateral). It suggested that yoga standing poses increased the ground contact area of feet, strengthen the ability of foot muscles, and strengthen the power of lower limb. During the balance standing yoga asana practice, the different area peak of plantar had different degree rises. It means that during the practice, all the leg muscles practiced well and the ability of body balance was increased. On the practice of Feet parallel asana, according to characteristics of poses, the peak of the heel area (H1, H2) were raised obviously. It showed that the practice strengthened the hip muscles, stretched the back part of legs back, and improved the flexibility. On the practice of Feet vertical poses, the pressure of medial and lateral feet were balanced. It evidenced that thigh muscles strength were stable and lower limb joint were balanced.
