As an important part of education teaching management,college counselors play a very important role in education and school management.The instructor is the backbone of the university students' ideological and political education,which is the organizer,implementers and guidance of the daily ideological and political education and management work of college students.For this reason,the comprehensive competence and work efficiency of the counselors need to be widely studied and analyzed.The problems of career development planning,the quality of counselors and job burnout among counselors are the reasons for this research.This study through the analysis of the actual situation,academic research results at home and abroad for reference,and its theoretical research and empirical research to illustrate the importance of counselor empathy ability and work efficiency,and the correlation of the two made research and analysis,it is concluded that the empathy ability and job performance has positive correlation function,through the cultivation of empathy ability to improve their work efficiency.The study was carried out in several parts:The first part is the research and analysis of the theory of empathy,from the meaning,contents,mechanism,influencing factors and positive role and negative effect of the analysis of the theory of empathy for full system.Measuring way,at the same time of empathy ability dimension and the counselor empathy ability to measure the revision of the questionnaire,carry out research and analysis,through the "emotion","cognitive" and "behavior"and "imagination" four latitude to develop empathy ability measurement scale,after revision of the survey questionnaire,distribution,collection and analysis of the data and research,come to guangdong university of foreign studies as the main research object of the specific condition of empathy ability.The second part of the operating efficiency of the meaning,content and importance of instructors,evaluation dimension,evaluation methods,influencing factors and improve through study and analysis,which focuses on analyzing the counselor performance evaluation dimensions and evaluation methods,and through the collection of counselor performance evaluation results,draw the corresponding performance evaluation score.The third part is the empathy ability survey results for relevance theory II analysis and performance evaluation results and data analysis,thus the empathy ability of university counselors is obtained and the result of the performance is a positive correlation,promoting research and in-depth.Finally,the relevant theoretical research and analysis and in combination with the practical work of instructors in the counselor empathy ability training mode,is expected to pass the counselor empathy ability enhancement,to a certain extent,led to improve the operating efficiency,so as to improve the efficiency of the whole education in colleges and universities teaching management.Through preliminary empirical investigation,this study obtained the related research results,as well as the preliminary finished counselor empathy theory and performance theory exploration,hopes to through this study to optimize the counselor to cultivate and promote work,promote the development of the theory and practice.
