A Survey Research On Vocational College’s Prospectus Construction

Construction of modern university system with Chinese characteristics is the key to higher education reform and development, and construction of the Charter of the University system construction is an important part of modern universities. The reasons are: the old and new management thinking controversy, the game is weak foundation and constitution of autonomy needed urgently,"the old way" and "new rules", the interests of the game multiple correlation between subjects. Therefore, to further clarify the premise prospectus of higher vocational colleges, norm-setting procedures charter colleges, efforts to strengthen the implementation of the prospectus of association of vocational colleges.
