Vocational values refers to the values of specific performance in terms of career choice, knowledge and attitude of a person’s career, as well as the value of his performance in the career orientation. Showing how people by occupation or what occupation to pursue their own views, it not only determines people’s career choices tendency, but also the way people work attitude. It includes career aspirations, career choices, job evaluation, career values, the actual tend to reflect the career choices and job evaluation.Meaning based on Vocational values, I believe that the Vocational values of the vocational students a general view of the vocational students for professional evaluation, career choices and Vocational values orientation, reflecting the relationship between the needs of vocational students and social attributes, it is the high professional life of the Institute Students will have a key role in guiding.In recent years, the Higher Vocational Education of China’s rapid development, the number has reached more than49percent of the student population, the Vocational College Students Employment prominent, so did the Vocational Students’Vocational values help us to better grasp the higher vocational Students’Vocational values of the status quo, to understand the impact of the factors of its development and changes, and propose appropriate countermeasures can be targeted to their education and guidance to promote the employment of higher vocational college students and future career development, the study also expand the study of educational theory and rich vocational Students’Vocational values to some extent, and thus this study is of great significance.This study is to comb at home and abroad on the basis of the research on Vocational values, the theoretical perspectives of sociology, psychology, using sociological methods to carry out research for Vocational Students’Vocational values This article is divided into five parts:literary study, theoretical research, empirical study, correlation analysis, the relevant countermeasures.Questionnaires issued400vocational students to Changchun University of Vocational and Technical College and the Software Institute, on this basis, the author investigated the vocational college students career values and career goals choices conflict, and characteristics of Vocational values and the main influencing factors that the main features of the Higher Vocational Students’Vocational values higher vocational college students when choosing a career, be able to consider many factors, the ability to choose a strong performance but also exposure to select blind nature of characteristics, the main factor is the students’personal values and social needs in conflict with the professional and the whole learning process and social and professional needs of the association is not strong, the study period there is no clear career planning and career guidance, and by parents utilitarian the values influence the result in bias. In this regard, the author puts forward some countermeasures, first, to clearing the Students’Vocational values education system content, and to ensuring the accuracy of the guiding direction; second, to strengthening career awareness and self recognition, enhance psycho-educational guidance to ensure that students correct view of their own, rational face of difficulties and setbacks; third, giving full play the guiding role of the school planning to do the entire process of systematic, continuous vocational guidance; Fourth, developing vocational students establish adapt to today’s social development Vocational values, to ensure that the students’Vocational values to meet the career needs of today’s society, the successful employment.
