The Deficiency And Reconstruction Of University Students’ Frustation Tolerance Of Choosing Vocation

University student is a group who carries high expectations of the society and theirparents, as well as the historical mission of building our country and realizing their dreams.However, most of them are staying at the richest emotionaltimes and the most agitated period,during which they are facing many psychological problems. But it is just at the very time thatthey are choosing their jobs, whichleads to them have to suffer many psychological problems.As a result, some students whose endurance is weak are easily falling into troubles;someevenmayperformbad behaviors to the society. Therefore, the study of university students’frustration tolerance of choosing vocation is very important and meaningful.This paper is divided into five chapters. Chapter one reviews the academic studies ofuniversity students’ frustration tolerance of choosing vocation, as well as the basic studymethods and innovations. Chapter two discusses the concepts and the meanings of universitystudents’ frustration tolerance of choosing vocation, along with the analyzing of varioustheories relating to the topic. Chapter three mainly does research through questionnaire of1-4grades students among four universities in Liaoning province, and then gets the conclusion byanalyzing the data and charts. Chapter four is the key part of this paper. It mainly talks aboutthe factors of forming frustration tolerance, including family, school, and university studentsthemselves, etc.. Chapter five puts forward certain relative solutions according to the factorslisted in chapter four. Namely: family members should provide good inner environment foruniversity students, and schools should create well educational situation，society should builda healthy external environment,what’s more, university students shouldalso shape themselvesduring the rebuilding of their frustration tolerance of choosing vocation.
